Bitcoin has been written off time and again, yet it — and its many cryptocurrency progeny — keep running. It helps to keep that in mind during a downturn that shows no sign of letting up anytime soon.
As of this writing, the current count for bitcoin obituaries is at 461, according to the tutorial site 99Bitcoins. That includes everything from news articles to predictions from academics and even former contributors.
